Application of throat hoop on sealing ring

1. First turn the sealing ring over and cover the sealing position of one steel pipe, then align the other steel pipe, turn the sealing ring over and cover it, so that the sealing ring is located in the middle of the two pipe joints, and the gap between the two pipe ends shall meet the standard requirements.

2. Check the pipe axis line to make the two pipe center lines coincide. Install the upper and lower clamps on the outside of the sealing ring at the joint, clamp the clamp edge into the steel pipe groove, press the ears of the upper and lower clamps with both hands, and gently tap the clamp flange with a hammer (rubber hammer) to make the upper and lower clamps close. Insert the bolts at the clamp screw hole, and tighten the bolts evenly by turns with a torque wrench. Stainless steel hoops are similar.

3. Check whether the throat collar flange is clamped into the groove.
